Apprenticeship Scheme

We are delighted to continue with the theme of offering vocational training and employment to young persons as part of their development and maintaining a sound skills capability within the business and to provide a quality service to our clients.

Having previously supported three other members of the team to successfully complete their Apprenticeship in thermal insulation accredited by TICA (Thermal Insulation Contractors Association) the latest addition to the Apprenticeship scheme is Tom Holmes from Wrexham.

A TICA spokesperson has recently commented “by improving awareness of the importance of energy efficiency and teaching specialist trade skills, we can enhance the value of the market that our members are working within, and raise the status of our sector within industry. Typically, people who embark on a career in thermal insulation tend to remain in the industry. TICA apprentices start out on a journey that has the potential to take them from thermal insulator to business owner.”

This is an opinion which we share and support and wish Tom every success in his apprenticeship and in his future career.
