A&D Environmental Services are pleased to be able to recruit three additional members of staff to join the asbestos removal team who commenced employment in January 2020.
In the last quarter of 2019, it became clear that our workload had increased to a level where our existing employee resource had become stretched and restricted our flexibility to respond to customer enquiries and urgent requests.
We are pleased to welcome Gergo, Viliius and Mathew to the Company and hope that they will enjoy their employment opportunity and over the next few months will be mentored by our experienced Supervisors and Operators.
Their first week involved a 3-day new operative training course, a pre-employment medical, face fit testing for full face respiratory protection (r.p.e.) and half face r.p.e.
In addition the new recruits spent a full day on-site observing a live site in operation under the instruction of the Site Supervisor and the Contracts Manager.
As a Company we seek to train and develop our employees so over the next 12 months or so they will be on a learning curve to become fully competent in their roles. We wish them well.
