Peacock Cup July 2021

Peacock Cup returns to Wrexham to raise funds for children’s hospices.

A&D Environmental Services are delighted to support the Peacock Cup on its return in 2021, the 2020 event was postponed due to Covid restrictions, but a year on the event was able to go ahead at the Glyndwr Sports Centre on Sunday, July 18th.

The Peacock Cup raises money to help support Hope House and Tŷ Gobaith Children’s Hospices.

The competition was contested by North Wales Dragons, Dundee Dragons, Warrington Wolves and Torfaen Tigers, and is held in memory of three-year-old Wrexham boy, Thomas Jones, who died in 2018.

A&D Environmental Services are represented on the front of the shirt worn by the ‘team of the tournament’ and we hope our contribution and support has helped.
