ACAD Audit & Excellence Award – July 2020

On 31st July 2020 our trade body – ACAD (Asbestos Control and Abatement Division) – performed an independent audit on a project involving the removal of asbestos insulation from a vertical service riser stretching from the Ground Floor to the 3rd Floor of an Office building.

We are very pleased with the outcome which resulted in the award of an ACAD Certificate of Excellence achieving a pass rate of 99%.

This builds on our result from 2019 where we also received a Certificate of Excellence with a 98% pass rate.

So, the target for 2021 is a pass rate of 100% which we will look to achieve through continuous effort and improvement.
