ASBESTOS SAMPLING AND TESTING IN TARVIN
If you are concerned that asbestos may be present in your Tarvin property, getting it tested is essential.
A&D Environmental Services Ltd can provide a fast and efficient testing service that establishes whether asbestos is present, where it is, and in what form. Armed with this information, it is then possible to put a plan in place to manage or remove it.
If your Tarvin building is a commercial or public sector property, you have a statutory duty under the Control of Asbestos Regulations 2012 to ensure that asbestos is managed safely. We can help.
OUR ASBESTOS SURVEYS IN TARVIN
Management surveys - A management survey is a sampling process that identifies any materials containing asbestos that could be disturbed during day-to-day use or foreseeable maintenance. This enables you to put an asbestos management plan in place.
Refurbishment and demolition surveys - this is a thorough, full investigative survey carried out before refurbishment or demolition work. It aims to identify any asbestos-containing materials that may be present, so that the work does not disturb them.
TAILORED PLANS BASED ON THE SURVEY’S FINDINGS
- Once your survey in Tarvin is complete, we will offer:
Expert advice on the results of your survey
A quotation for any removal or remedial work, including timescales
A clear asbestos management plan or removal specification
With this information, we can put together a plan that protects you and everyone else who uses your property.
